- About Me:
- I gravitate more toward textural and three-dimensional work, but vision and expression drive my art. I create mixed media sculpture and wall hangings that explore themes in history, symbolism, music, dance, spirituality, feminism and self.
I received my BFA in Fibers & Textiles with minors in Metalsmithing & Ceramics from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. I have been exhibiting in juried and non-juried shows locally and nationally since 1986.
My other interests include gardening, reading, cooking and historical re-enactment.
