If an artist/art student, my primary medium or mixed media is:
Painting, Print Making

Committed to being a master printer as well as the environment, she was featured by Micro Publishing News, March 1996 in the article “Santa Monica Printer Blends Ecology and Technology.”
Annette Simons, Arts Management Executive, had this to say… “Louise Anne Marler is a wonderfully creative artist who can nevertheless take a practical approach to addressing design needs. She is both knowledgeable and dependable. I recommend her for her artistic vision as well as her ability to serve as consultant and collaborator.”
Marler’s artwork has been exhibited nationally in galleries and seen in TV shows: Two and a Half Men, Criminal Minds, Curb Your Enthusiasm, The Mentalist, and films such as Bratz – the movie, Friends with Benefits and others…
If you're an artist/art student, don't forget to add a brief artist's statement and photos of three of your art works to either your "comment wall" or "text box." This is your basic St. Louis Art Directory information. Later you may add images, videos, post a blog, and much more.
My objective is beauty rooted in truth and humor. Simple by design. Inspired by vintage Americana, as well as pop artists such as Andy Warhol, Roy Litchenstein, Jeff Brouws, I bring these antiquated sentiments forward in contemporary statements… Fascinated by machinery as well as nature, my objective is to create beauty from mundane matter. Deliberately focusing on the pure essentials of an image, I am fascinated by the shadow, negative space, abstract composition, architecture, geometry and organic beauty of landscapes. With an adventurous spirit, I explore different techniques… My favorite personal statement: “You never know, unless you try.”
