Well Hi to you too... I read your profile and it is very interesting to me that you grew up as the daughter of a park ranger.  Your artwork is beautiful also!    I always tell my students that the biggest inspiration for our passion within the art realm comes from our experience of the world around us.  This is why it is so important for us artists to be explorers and appreciate true nature before its gone.  Today is my birthday by the way... yea me... I am older now.  So how are you?  Are you attending the "33March" gallery opening at Old Orchard Gallery on Friday the 23rd?  I have 3 pieces in the show.  Well, I look forward to chatting with you more.  Take care,

Artist Statement

I was raised in the woods. I grew up out-of-doors, as the daughter of a national park ranger. My father began taking me to Conservationist meetings when I was three. From my earliest scribblings, my artwork was recreation of that environment. I am now working on the purposeful creation of environments that invite people to come in and interact rather than merely observe. Tuesday–Sunday, 10:00 am–5:00 pm Friday, 10:00 am–9:00 pm Closed Monday Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. The Museum is open New Year's Day.

ADMISSION

Admission to the Museum is free every day. Admission to featured exhibitions is free on Friday.
