Event Description

S.O.S. is an exhibition that highlights works that are political, subversive or guerrilla in nature. Submitted work for S.O.S. may be any media; the themes should address the current sociopolitical, economic and environmental climates. Artwork may represent a project that is meant to be wheat pasted, be installation based, viewed as an intervention or utilize film/video.

S.O.S. will be on display at the St. Louis Artists' Guild from September 5, 2010 to October 29, 2010. CD submissions are due on July 30, 2010. A prospectus and entry form are available online for download.

S.O.S. is juried by Robbie Conal. Robbie has gained national prominence as one of the country's premiere guerrilla street poster artists. For more information, visit www.robbieconal.com.
